Our family purchased a 40 year old, 4500+ sq. ft. villa that was just waiting for someone to breathe new life into it. Our design plans consisted of completing an entire gut of the outdated home, with the mission of preserving and highlighting the unique character and Spanish architectural features that make this home so special. This was a massive one year renovation that required incredible vision, creative problem solving, organized project management, and tireless commitment. Todd was amazing to work with and collaborate with on my design ideas. He helped me fully achieve my design vision while contributing his valuable expertise along the way. We completely transformed a 4500+ sq. ft. home into a Spanish Revival masterpiece which we absolutely love!

We interviewed 3 different contractors when we were ready to begin a large home remodel project and selected Artisan Builders after our first meeting with Todd. As we began our project, just like when we had initially met, Todd demonstrated interest in meeting our needs as we worked on our "forever" home! He had great ideas that were current yet aligned with the Mediterranean style of our home. Throughout the project, Todd remained flexible and kept the project moving at a time when the supply chain of materials was a challenge. Today, our family is very comfortable and proud with our unique home. Artisan Builders is highly recommended for their quality, creativity and workmanship that delivered exactly what we asked for. The results of our project include beautiful new hardwood floors, 3 custom bathrooms, an amazing chef kitchen with SubZero and Wolf appliances, new Saltillo tile for main floor, all new windows, custom panoramic doors, all new light fixtures, etc. Just amazing work. We needed someone to repair master bathroom leak in the wall, remove and replace a sidewalk to the front door. Todd and his workman were great! They immediately fixed the bathroom leak, repaired walls, created a beautiful walk in shower. They did a great job creating a smooth walk up to the front door. Todd and his crew were great to work with. Artisan Builders are skilled, prompt, polite and kind. They were honest and upfront with us. They communicated with us. The quality was wonderful. We will definitely call Todd and Artisan Builders for future projects.

Todd and his crew remodeled our bathroom and put in windows and sliders for us. We are so happy with the results! They did excellent work--very attentive to detail, professional, friendly, and the results are beautiful! I highly recommend Artisan Builders, and we will hire them again for our next project.

Artisan Builders recently completed a home renovation for my family that consisted of a new kitchen, master bathroom, flooring, painting, and installation of new external and internal walls, windows and doors. We are very satisfied with the finished result. The entire team is respectful and courteous. They began the project on our agreed upon start date and completed within a reasonable amount of time. We continue to have an excellent relationship with this company who have been back to do odd jobs around the house. Very satisfied!

Working with Jerry Shaw Residential Design we were recommended to interview Todd McKinley of Artisian Builders to put the large project of a paver walkway & building a pergola together for us. We now are proud owners of the Taj Mahal of pergolas & a pretty winding walkway of pavers. Todd & his crew are craftsmen with high integrity & an ease of association. The expertise of all is apparent as is Todd's knowledge, capability & compatibility. The crew are friendly & comfortable to have at our residence. Todd easily works alongside of them & is sure at days end the worksite is left neat. Together they complete their responcibility to perfection. We had an excellent experience with Artisan. Todd is a pleasure to do business with and manages his company exceptionally well. He is incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. Also he genuinely cares about pleasing his clients and doing things the right way. Everyone at Artisan is highly skilled and does beautiful work. We were in a bit of a rush with our remodel and we appreciated that we never had down time, there was productivity everyday. The crew was incredibly professional and friendly, we felt very comfortable with everyone in our home. They were also very tidy and kept the workspace clean and livable for our small children. Our neighbors even commented on how much they appreciated that his crew cleaned up everyday. I would highly recommend Artisan builders for any size project. Wonderful company.
