Artisan Builders and Todd McKinley did a variety of projects at our home. First of all he painted the entire interior of our home (two colors) which is 4,000 sq.ft. and Todd did an excellent job. Our second project was our upstairs deck and patio. It had dry rot on the deck and on the columns that support the deck. Todd was very thorough with his investigation of our deck and gave us an itemized detailed work order of what was needed to correct our deck and patio and also informed us of exactly what needed to be done to bring the deck up to safety standards. Todd was very conscientious and did Excellent Work! What I believe every home owner will love and is just one of his strong points is his respect for the home he is working in and his close attention to care of it while he and his workers are "in and out" doing their job. He paid close attention to all details and especially to my hardwood floors. He leaves the job site clean at the end of each day and he also hired a cleaning lady to come in and clean my home when they were totally completed. I highly recommend Todd McKinley of Artisan Builders. He is a true professional.

We had the good fortune to find Artisian Builders and Todd McKinley. Todd came highly recommended by one of the top Realtors in Pismo Beach. After meeting Todd we were very comfortable with his professionalism and attitude. We had them put a beautiful stone patio, with a fence, and pavers down a driveway on our Triplex unit in Shell Beach. Todd was very creative and the designs he built into the fence were awesome. Shortly after he finished the outside overhaul of the property, a tenant hoarder moved from one of the units, Todd and his crew moved into action - They cleared the unit of all the filth and debris and did a beautiful job renovating the apartment. All within a couple of weeks and within budget. A few months later a second unit was renovated and the same dedication and attention to detail was demonstrated on that project as well. We would highly recommend Todd and his company.

I would like to give 100 gold stars for the work and creativity. Todd McKinley of Artisan Builders does great work. His creativity coupled with his knowledge of tile is the best. I had some bad experiences and poor tile layers and Todd corrected the wrong work with a smile on his face. Nice young man.
